Simple Black pepper Chicken
Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken or any part (cleaned & cut)
- 2 cloves garlic(chopped or blended)
- Thumb size Ginger(Chopped)
- 1/2 cup of vinegar(but i didn't put :p)
- Onion (cut it from the top to make the ring shape)
- Red or Green chilies pepper
- corn starch added with water
- 1 tbs sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbs Oyster sauce
- Parsley leave(chopped)
- Shallot(Chopped)
- Black pepper (i used from the packet)
- Cooking Oil for stir fry
First, heat the pan.put some oil. add garlic,ginger and chilies. Fry until u can smell and see the garlic turn the color.
Insert chicken, add some water. put soy & Oyster sauce. Wait until cooked then put corn starch, parsley leave and shallot.Done!
you can serve with white rice.. :)
