Simple Prawn Fritters
5.Fry until the outer layer getting crispy n little hard. It easy to make and delicious.
*It always fit to dip with chili or tomato sauces .The other ways it can be eat with steam rices.
Ingredients:
- 1kg of small prawns
- wheat flour 3cup
- Water 1 1/2cup
- Curry Powder 1tbs
- Turmeric Powder 1tbs
- Green Chilies or red(chopped)
- Salt
- White Pepper Powder 1/2 tbs
- Food Seasoning(I am using Maggi Cukup Rasa or Knor)
1. Peel off all the skin of prawns.Wash it.
2. In a big bowl,put some flour,prawns and water.
3.Added all the ingredients.Mixing well.
4. Heat some cooking oil. Then fry the prawn mixtures.
