Green Mango Salad
Ingredients:
- 2-3 mango(peel off the skin & Shredded)
- Salt
- Bird eyes chili or small chili (red)(blended or chopped)
- Shrimp paste
- Anchovies or dry shrimp
- Red Onion(if u like)
- Some water
In a bowl put shredded mango, add little bit of water,just to moisturize. Pinch of salt and stir.
Then add chili(u blended chili together wit shrimp paste) and shrimp paste,another mixture such as dry shrimp and onion. Mix well.
*serve with white rice.it always be a side dish. If you love sour,you can add little bit of lime juice. I like to eat this salad with fried fish.it was an ideal combination.
