Fry Mix Vegetables With Tauhu

Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower (cut)
  • Broccoli(cut)
  • French beans (cut about 2-3 inches long)
  • Fried tauhu   
  • Carrot (Slices thinly)
  • Baby corn (cut into inches )
  • Oyster sauces
  • Salt
  • White pepper
  • Garlic(chopped)
  • Cooking Oil
How to make it:
1. Heat oil on the frying pan.
2. Put garlic and fry . Add all vegetable and mix it well.
3. Added Oyster Sauces, Pepper and pinch of salt.
4. Fry about 3-5 minutes. Not too be over cooked and done.
*it very simple to make and the taste also great. Suitable during diet ,it very fresh also high with fiber.
