Fry Mix Vegetables With Tauhu
Ingredients:
- Cauliflower (cut)
- Broccoli(cut)
- French beans (cut about 2-3 inches long)
- Fried tauhu
- Carrot (Slices thinly)
- Baby corn (cut into inches )
- Oyster sauces
- Salt
- White pepper
- Garlic(chopped)
- Cooking Oil
1. Heat oil on the frying pan.
2. Put garlic and fry . Add all vegetable and mix it well.
3. Added Oyster Sauces, Pepper and pinch of salt.
4. Fry about 3-5 minutes. Not too be over cooked and done.
*it very simple to make and the taste also great. Suitable during diet ,it very fresh also high with fiber.
