Beef Meatball Noodles Soup (Ramyun Style)
Ingredients:
- Dry Mee ( Any kind of noodle)
- Meat Ball
- Tauhu (Fried Bean curd)
- Bird eye chili
- Salt
- White pepper
- Parsley leaf
- Spring Onion (Sliced thinly)
- Seasoning(maggie cukup rasa or tumix)
How to make it:
1. Boil dry noodle. Toast and keep aside.
2. Boil water in a pot. Put tauhu and meat ball.
3. If like spicy added some chili and throw salt,pepper ,seasoning stir all together.
4. In a bowl, noodles pour with the soup had made before.
5. Finish with parsley leaf and spring onion.If you like, throw little bit dry shallot on the top and enjoy!
